This meeting will be held in person at the location listed above. Verbal public comments will also be accepted during the meeting in person and through Zoom* or the teleconference number listed above. Public comments on individual agenda items are limited to one per person PER AGENDA ITEM. Participants using Zoom over the Internet should use the Raise Hand feature to request to speak. For participants calling in, dial *67 if you do not want your telephone number to appear on the live broadcast. Callers may dial *9 to use the Raise Hand feature for public comment.

Each commenter will be recognized to speak, and callers should dial *6 to unmute themselves when recognized to speak.
Members of the public may comment on the meeting during public comment periods in person or remotely. In-person public comment will be taken first; remote public comment will be taken after. The call-in line is provided as a courtesy and its availability may be disrupted due to technical difficulties or otherwise.
Each public comment is limited to two minutes. The Committee Co-Chairs have the discretion to manage the Public Comment process in a manner that achieves the purpose of public communication and assures the orderly conduct of the meeting. Please speak clearly, ensure you are in a quiet location, and turn off any TVs or computers around you.
