Title VI / Civil Rights Program
Notice. Any person who believes they have been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or national origin (including language), disability, sex, age or religion by the TJPA may file a Title VI / Civil Rights complaint by completing and submitting the agency’s Title VI Complaint Form. The TJPA investigates complete complaints received no more than 180 days after the alleged incident. A description of the complaint procedure process can be found below.
