In implementing the California Public Records Act, in compliance with Senate Bill 272, TJPA is making available a catalog of enterprise systems (application software) used by TJPA: Catalog of Enterprise Systems
Title VI / Civil Rights Program
Any person who believes they have been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or national origin (including language), disability, sex, age or religion by the TJPA may file a Title VI complaint by completing and submitting the agency’s Title VI Complaint Form. A description of the complaint procedure process can be found below.
Claim for Damages
Claim form must be submitted by mail or personal delivery to:

Presentation of a false claim is a felony (CA Penal Code, Section 72).
Claims for bodily injury, death, or damage to personal property must be filed not later than six (6) months after the occurrence out of which the claim/claims arose. All other claims must be filed not later than one (1) year after the occurrence out of which the claim/claims arose. (CA Government Code, Section 911.2)
