Presentation of the Governance Blueprint for the Downtown Rail Extension, now also known as The Portal, as recommended by the Executive Steering Committee under the terms of the San Francisco Peninsula Rail Program Memorandum of Understanding with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, the San Francisco County Transportation Authority, the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board, the California High-Speed Rail Authority, and the City and County of San Francisco Mayor’s Office (20 minutes)
