The Transbay Joint Powers Authority meeting will be held in Room 416, at 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco, CA. THE FOLLOWING MATTERS BEFORE THE TRANSBAY JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY ARE RECOMMENDED FOR ACTION AS STATED BY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OR THE CHAIR.
CONSENT CALENDAR
10. All matters listed hereunder constitute a Consent Calendar, are considered to be routine by the Transbay Joint Powers Authority, and will be acted upon by a single vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a member of the Board or the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate item.
(10.1) Approving the Minutes of the May 10, 2018 meeting.
(10.2) Approving a resolution authorizing workers’ compensation coverage for TJPA Board Members, all of whom serve unpaid, through the Special District Risk Management Authority Workers’ Compensation Program in which TJPA participates for its employees.
(10.3) Authorizing the Executive Director to amend the intergovernmental agreement with the City and County of San Francisco Art Commission for arts acquisition and management services, to extend the agreement to a maximum term of twelve years with no change to the scope or maximum compensation under the agreement.
(10.4) Authorizing the Executive Director to execute a Siting Agreement with Bay Area Motivate (locally referred to a “Ford GoBike”), providing a non-exclusive license for the placement and operation of a bicycle rental docking station on TJPA property.
(10.5) Authorizing the Executive Director to execute an amendment to the Block 5 Easement Agreement with Park Tower Owner, a joint venture between affiliates of Golub Real Estate Corp. and the John Buck Company, for (1) a payment of $42,000 for an appurtenant, exclusive and perpetual subsurface easement for the Park Tower Owner’s parking and basement structure under the south sidewalk of the future Natoma Street between Main and Beale streets and (2) the TJPA’s attorneys’ fees for negotiating and implementing the amendment.
(10.6) Authorizing the Executive Director to finalize negotiations of and execute a lease agreement with Amtrak for certain commercial space (about 2,847 square feet shared use space) in the transit center for about $4,272 base rent and $4,153 additional rent each month over a 10 year term; execution contingent on Amtrak reaching separate license with AC Transit for Amtrak’s use of certain bus bays on the bus deck level of the transit center.

12. Approving the Fiscal Year 2018-19 (FY 2018-19) Capital Budget in an Amount Not To Exceed $169,832,720 and FY 2018-19 Operating Budget in an Amount Not To Exceed $33,157,050.
13. Authorizing the Executive Director to execute an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement for Legal Services with Jones Day to provide litigation support services arising from the movement of 301 Mission Street, for an additional compensation of $5,000,000.
14. Presentation of the digital signage program by Pearl Media.
