The Transbay Joint Powers Authority meeting will be held in Room 300, at 101 Grove St, San Francisco, CA. The closest accessible BART station is the Civic Center Station at United Nations Plaza and Market Street. Accessible MUNI lines serving this location are: Muni Metro Lines J-Church, K-Ingleside, L-Taraval, M-Oceanview, and N-Judah at Van Ness and Civic Center Stations; 42-Downtown Loop; 9-San Bruno; and 71-Haight Noriega. The meeting room is wheelchair accessible. Accessible curbside parking spaces have been designated on the Van Ness Avenue and McAllister Street perimeters of City Hall for mobility-impaired persons. There is accessible parking available within the Civic Center Underground Parking Garage at the corner of McAllister and Polk Streets, and within the Performing Arts Parking Garage at Grove and Franklin Streets.

4. Adopting the Transbay Joint Powers Authority Rules of Order to govern the conduct and procedure of all meetings.
5. Report on the Transbay Joint Powers Authority Conflict of Interest Code Requirement.

7. Report on an agreement with the City and County of San Francisco to provide professional and administrative services and staff assistance to the Authority.
8. Consideration and possible appointment of Officers of the Transbay Joint Powers Authority.

Supporting Assembly Bill 1419 regarding the transfer of lands in the vicinity of the Transbay Terminal from the Department of Transportation (Caltrans) to the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency ("SFRA") and the Transbay Joint Powers Authority to facilitate the construction of the Transbay Terminal Project and the extension of the Caltrain rail service.
10. Presentation by Rod McMillan of the Metropolitan Transportation Commission on Funding for the Transbay Terminal Project
