The Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Programming Partners for Salesforce Park from individuals, groups, organizations and businesses to provide innovative, diverse, active, fun, educational and reliable high-quality programming in Salesforce Park on a seasonal and/or recurring basis to enhance the public’s experience while in the Park.

Applications in PDF (Portable Document Format) or a link to the PDF file on a file share site must be received by the TJPA at RFP@tjpa.org by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 14, 2024. Proposals that are not received by the time and date specified or do not contain all the required information and completed forms shall be deemed non-responsive and rejected without consideration.

Questions may be submitted to RFP@tjpa.org by the Submission of Questions deadline no later than 2:00 pm Pacific Time on Thursday, May 30, 2024.

This announcement shall not create any legal rights or responsibilities. All terms of this offering shall be as set forth in the RFP and related materials. Without limiting the foregoing, any and all contracts will be contingent upon prior TJPA Board approval.
